I lead and scale revenue organizations while designing AI enabled operating models that transform how enterprises grow, deliver, and compete. Over the past 15+ years I have built and scaled revenue organizations across enterprise technology, managed services, and AI consulting environments, including leadership roles within the IBM ecosystem and global partner networks. I have launched new divisions from zero, scaled organizations to nine figure revenue trajectories, owned full P&L across teams of 100+, and partnered with Microsoft, Salesforce, AWS, and the Big Four to serve Fortune 500 and private equity backed companies. That operator foundation now informs my focus on a larger shift: how enterprises redesign operating models as AI reshapes revenue, delivery, and customer experience. Many organizations are still running disconnected pilots. The leaders gaining ground are connecting AI strategy to organizational design, go to market execution, and enterprise decision making. This is the work I focus on today. I currently operate in executive revenue roles and advise select enterprise, growth stage, and private equity backed companies on AI enabled transformation and operating model execution.
