Global Payment Utility (Morgan Stanley)- Payment Utility is a centralized team which operates in a controlled environment with standardized processes in place. All payments are reviewed within the system and our priorities by order of urgent and relevant currency cut off time. All the payment passes through rigorous due diligence checks that are performed in order to validate the payments prior to authorization.

Working with Global Reconciliation Teams to settle International trades.
Applying received or unapplied funds hitting in a suspense account with correct the receipt.
Initiating Kickback on unrecognized suspense items and Working on various applications SAFE, IM (Intellimatch)
Investigation on funds, reaching out to the respective client's account representative to book receipt, follow MS Threshold policy for unapplied suspense items.
