I started working at 19, as a line cook in a professional kitchen. When I realised that dreaming of peeling carrots every night wasn’t for me, I gave up on the idea of being a Chef (and a cameo in The Bear) to pursue my other passions - writing, advertising and eventually marketing. Thankfully that worked out. Over the next almost-two decades, I’ve been able to successfully transition from cooking eggs to directing creative and strategy at Dentsu-Webchutney, driving significant revenue growth at ScoopWhoop, to shaping product and brand marketing at InVideo and now, co-founding ‘Early’ - a fractional marketing services firm that helps startups grow through strategic marketing. Along with way I've gained the unique advantage of having worked at startups while solving problems for the world’s biggest global brands across FMCG, Lifestyle, Tech and E-commerce, interviewed hundreds of people from across the globe using the JTBD technique, and built teams that have turned into powerhouses. A few of my accomplishments... *Trained, Proven Marketer* Crafted the brand strategies for Invideo's AI pivot driving significant growth. Consulted Amazon India on content and marketing strategies across toys, books and personal care Crafted strategic marketing for D2C brands across food, fashion and beauty Trained in marketing by Mark Ritson (Mini MBA in marketing and brand management), and advanced product and brand marketing courses from Reforge. *Creative & Strategy Leader* NCD & COO at Dentsu Webchutney: Led creative and digital strategies for global brands like Bacardi, Mastercard, Coca-Cola, and Unilever and picked up several Agency of the year awards along the way. *Content Specialist* Expertise across social, video, experiential, and live event production.
