I am a hospitality professional, having spent 2 decades in the field of hospitality consulting, training and product development. I have planned, structured and executed number of consulting and training projects for hotel/resort; restaurant/café/dark kitchen and also for start-ups from end-to-end. The notable projects would be : • Conceptualized and launched Hotel Signature, the first luxury hotel in Meerut, UP • Cyberchef, an online platform which offered home cooked meals • Menu planning and kitchen designing for two restaurants in Maldives – Bombay Durbar and Canopus Resort • Developed franchise programme for a restaurant chain in Bhopal, NBKK, which helped them to scale from one restaurant to seven outlets in a span of one year • Created Curriculum and Training Delivery Plan for the short-term hospitality courses conducted by Tourism and Hospitality Skill Council (THSC) • Consulted the Innovation Cell at Godrej & Boyce for developing new kitchen equipment focused on healthy cooking • Created bespoke experiences through luxury resort / farmstay under the brand name of Kaular, which sets-up and operates resorts in the Konkan region of Maharashtra • Conducting training and workshops for the chefs working in Indian Navy at their Hotel School in INS Hamla, Mumbai • Launched Eden, a restaurant serving gourmet healthy food and ready-to-eat snacks, as a turnkey project • Launched Biryani At Your Door, a brand serving handi biryani, kebabs and rolls from its dark kitchen at Raipur • Launched a burger brand (Bolly Burgers) and biryani, kebab and rolls brand (Makaam-e-Khaas) from dark kitchen in Mumbai • Headed the back-end for all the masterclasses in Masterchef India Season 7...it included conceptualizing and creating shoot-ready unique dishes and handling end-to-end recipe shoots by Masterchef Judges for the same. • Creating all the ethnic chutneys for my start-up called Spice Story. We were featured in the second season of Shark Tank India. • Heading operations and product development for ITF Foods Pvt. Ltd. and exporting packaged chaat. • Heading NPD and R&D for Freshcon, a new age startup introducing food products which would make everyday cooking easier and faster.
