My primary focus is on the Radio Communication System’s Design, Manufacture, Testing, and Commissioning. With over 16 years of experience—including a strong foundation from my tenure in Singapore—I ensure that all safety operations meet stringent national and international standards, protecting both workers and future passengers.

• 1.Safety Planning & Strategy
• Develop and implement comprehensive safety plans tailored to project phases.
• Conduct mandatory induction programs for all personnel.
• Align safety protocols with ISO standards and local regulatory frameworks.
• Risk Management
• 2.Lead Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) processes.
• Establish proactive safety monitoring systems and conduct regular audits.
• Mitigate risks through engineering controls and administrative measures.
• Emergency Preparedness

• Organize mock drills and simulations to ensure readiness.
