In 2016, over an 18-year-old Japanese whisky with my dad, I made a decision that changed my life. I left Singapore and started from the ground up in our family’s healthcare distribution business in India. 2016–2017: Transitioned from a multinational supply-chain role in Singapore to warehouse operations in India. Spent six months in Bengaluru learning pharma distribution, loading trucks, picking orders, and checking stock. 2017–2018: Scaled statewide operations to supply every Apollo Pharmacy & Hospital in Tamil Nadu. Automated picking and checking systems, eliminating paper entirely. 2018–2020: Led four distributor acquisitions, managing deal sourcing, diligence, and integration across healthcare networks. 2020: Directed COVID-19 vaccine logistics, delivered doses from Serum Institute (Pune) to remote Tamil Nadu villages in 21 days during full lockdown. 2023: Helped take Pasture Pharma public on the Singapore Exchange, where I continue to serve as Non-Executive Director. 2024–2025: Began my Executive MBA at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Joined MED-bites as Director to help healthcare companies bridge the gap between science and communication.
