(and if that’s your goal, there are other qualified coaches for you, keep scrolling) While I may not be a billionaire, there are a few things I have done decently well: - I’m the Director of a global SaaS company I brought to India myself 8 years ago. Within this role, I have fronted our sales, grown the customer success team, owned local marketing initiatives and evolved as a manager and leader. (this was after quitting CA despite passing, early stints with PR, social media: basically, I have had my fair share of lack of career clarity along the way) - I’m an ICF-certified coach and I have coached women across industries, roles and regions for over 600 + hours in the last 3 years. (I know the personal journey of figuring out your passion and purpose and taking small steps to launch and grow a side hustle slowly) - I have built a personal brand on LinkedIn and Instagram & traditionally published a fiction novel. (I understand the frameworks required to complete and nurture a passion project) - I’m Mamma to my toddler <3 (I know firsthand the changes in our time and perspectives after motherhood and have coached enough moms and run sessions in companies like Flipkart, Swiggy and more for expecting moms, to find and share practical advice that actually works) And so, that’s who I am determined to serve. The woman who: - wants to move into a leadership role but doesn’t know how to or is there now but wasn’t taught to navigate the changes that come with it. - can’t figure out how to sound more confident in meetings, negotiate her salary, build visibility for her work or set boundaries at home. - wants to start a side hustle but isn’t sure of what or how. - has bravely launched her business but needs someone to take a non-biased look at her systems and help her unblock further growth. - feels disconnected or burnt out after motherhood and needs someone to help her find a new way forward. - believes she has untapped potential and is craving a pivot or fresh start but is unable to find clarity on what she even wants.
