Over the last 13+ years, I’ve worked across Microsoft, Nestlé, PepsiCo, Aon and EY, supporting leaders on people strategy, organization design, rewards, and large‑scale change. These experiences were shaped by driving outcomes in ambiguity, pressure, and constant transformation. In my current role as People Planning & Change Manager at Microsoft, I work on organization effectiveness and change initiatives spanning 60,000+ employees across 100+ countries. What this work has reinforced for me is simple: Most leadership challenges are not about capability — they’re about clarity, identity, and mindset.
