I am a leadership advisory and executive search professional with over three decades of experience across consulting, operations, and business leadership roles. Currently, I serve as Managing Director – Executive Search at Hotelivate - A hospitality consulting firm offering its services to clients across the Asia-Pacific and Middle East Regions. I lead and scale the firm’s executive search business. I work closely with boards, CEOs, and CHROs to deliver senior and critical leadership hiring, with a strong emphasis on rigor, judgment, confidentiality, and long-term leadership fit. In today’s environment, leadership hiring has become increasingly complex. Organizations require leaders who can operate at scale, manage transformation, and navigate technology-led change while remaining aligned with business strategy and culture.
