ASO doesn’t stop working as apps scale. What stops working is optimising it in isolation. Over the last 8+ years, my work has focused on helping apps build sustainable, organic growth by treating ASO as a system — not a checklist. At Newton, I lead ASO Operations, working at the intersection of keyword intelligence, store conversion, creative storytelling, and user intent across the App Store and Play Store. My focus is not just improving rankings, but designing data-backed ASO frameworks where discovery, conversion, and post-install signals reinforce each other over time. Along the way, I’ve been closely involved in shaping scalable ASO processes and internal tools that improve decision speed, consistency, and strategic clarity — especially for teams managing growth at scale.
