I founded DryShield Waterproofing (1999) with the belief that “Har Tapakte Ghar Ka Bharosemand Sahara”. Since then, we’ve helped architects, developers, and homeowners create seepage-free, sustainable buildings through waterproofing, insulation, structural repairs, and protective coatings. As Co-Founder of SNP Poolscapes LLP, I bring together engineering and design to create premium swimming pools, koi ponds, and waterbodies — turning lifestyle dreams into reality. In 2018, I launched the Waterproofers Association of India (WAI), the nation’s first and only trade body for waterproofing professionals. As President, I’ve worked with 300+ members and international experts to raise standards through training, certifications, and India’s first National Waterproofers Conference. Through Pinnaakin Consulting, I advise on waterproofing, insulation, rainwater harvesting, and water treatment — helping architects and builders design projects that are efficient, resilient, and future-ready.
