I’m Raunak, Co-Founder & CEO of Lagavi, where we connect makers with buyers through thoughtfully curated, sustainable tableware. We aim to bring these stories to life, creating timeless, beautiful objects that resonate with people worldwide. Before founding Lagavi, I co-founded Wonder Home Finance, where I led branding, marketing, digital transformation, and customer success. Over the years, I had the privilege of scaling the company to 300+ employees and expanding across multiple states, all while staying true to our vision of offering top-tier financial services. With a foundation in finance, strategy, and business development, backed by my qualifications in Chartered Accountancy and Company Secretary, I’ve spent the last 7+ years embracing entrepreneurship and innovation, always seeking to create value through strategic partnerships and customer-centric solutions. Outside of work, I am passionate about continuous learning, fitness, and making a positive social impact. I volunteer in causes related to underprivileged children, stray animals, and the environment while following a plant-based, cruelty-free lifestyle. I believe in building inclusive cultures, fostering meaningful relationships, and transforming industry norms — and I’m always looking for new ways to push boundaries and connect with like-minded people.
