• As a product designer in the Business Experience pod, I built tools to help businesses onboard faster, track revenue seamlessly, and resolve payment failures, making Razorpay the backbone of their financial operations. Key Projects:
• 🔹Easy Onboarding & Dashboard Redesign: Revamped Razorpay’s onboarding and dashboard, making compliance and setup seamless for thousands of new merchants. This cut time-to-value and accelerated business growth on the platform.
• 🔹 Payment Success Dashboard: Designed an analytics suite that lets merchants track payment success rates across all methods, visualize failure patterns, and get recommendations to boost revenue. Adopted by 20,000+ businesses, it cut payment failure support queries by 70%.

• Currently working on the B2B product called "Retailio." That allows easy ordering of medicines for retailers from distributors. Retailio provides an eco-system for distributors, retailers, and pharma brands.
• My role involves doing user research to understand product needs and build a new online platform to communicate what Retailio does and allows easy onboarding for all three.

• I joined Jio-Haptik as a part-time UX designer with a product innovation team based in Mumbai. Their team wanted to make a shift from chat-based experiences to voice-based experiences. This work was executed during the pandemic, so everything was done remotely.
• My role is to identify the problems in their current chat-based product and build fully functional prototypes to pitch their client like Sephora, JioMart, Purplle, and many more.
