• Scaled Burger28 to six brick & mortar locations across the UAE.
• Recruited & Trained over 200 personnel both FOH & BOH.
• Achieved over 230,000 orders with a GMV of $5.8m USD in Fiscal Year 2021.
• Next phase of Burger28 is to leverage it's IP & brand equity to grow GMV with minimal CAPEX.
• As CGO, I have planned & will execute a 2023 Vision to launch a network of Ghost Kitchens & a minimum of 5 Virtual brands with the key outcome of increasing GMV not only in existing brick & mortar locations but also for the Burger28 brand. The key driver shall be achieving a demand curve that allows for sales from all locations to be equally distributed from 8am until 1am thus optimising the utility of all fixed assets & fixed costs.
• I aim to achieve a target GMV by end of Fiscal Year 2023 of $10m USD with no more than $100k CAPEX invested.

• Under my tenure FBGD was able to grow it's revenue to 12M USD per year with several sales depots spread around the country from Lagos to Kano.
