  • In 2017, I started an Instagram food blog, just posting about local Toronto restaurants at first, but I quickly realized I wanted to turn it into something bigger. The page grew fast, 1,000, 5,000, then 15,000 followers. Around that point, I began doing promotional work and offering social media marketing services to restaurants, helping them grow their pages, get local attention, and attract customers.
  • One of my biggest wins was helping a Thai restaurant in Barrie go from about $30,000 to $90,000 per month in four months through content marketing and paid ads. Beyond that, our campaigns often created lines out the door and turned unknown spots into local favorites, earning them features on BlogTO, TasteToronto, and Narcity, just to name a few.
  • By 2022, I expanded from organic content to also running Meta ads for our clients, which allowed me to hyper-target customers in each restaurant’s local area and drive real, measurable foot traffic and sales. All of my experience in restaurant marketing eventually led me into LinkedIn ghostwriting in 2023, a pivot from helping restaurant brands to personal brands, but with the same foundation: helping people grow their influence and attract new opportunities with content.
