Spearheading global talent strategy and transformation at Argano, overseeing full-cycle Talent Acquisition across India, the US, LATAM, and Canada to build high-impact teams and strengthen employer branding. In my previous role, I worked as the Talent Acquisition Leader for Lilly’s Capability Center in India and led all facets of the Hiring process - Campus Hiring, Lateral Hiring, Employer Branding, and Internal Movements. Other projects: TA COE, process automation, global talent acquisition strategy etc. Before joining Lilly, I was associated with Infosys for 6 years and was responsible for the recruitment of Infosys’ Cloud and Infrastructure unit for North America. I catered to key clients of Infosys. Market intelligence, increasing social media footprint, and mentoring new hires were my other deliverables. An alumnus of IMI, New Delhi, and BCREC, Durgapur, I am also a LinkedIn-certified professional. I love meditation and yoga and have been associated with the Art of living since 2012. I love reading books - have deeply enjoyed Ayn Rand's books. I am also interested in books on psychology, and personal development.
