• HR Leader for IndiGo's Corporate Functions, In my current role, I am responsible for driving the HR strategy across 14 diverse areas, including revenue-generating functions (Sales, Revenue Management, Network Planning), the ifly- our corporate learning department, and enabling functions like Administration, Legal, HR, Corporate Affairs, Company Secretary, Finance and Digital.
