I developed a Same Day Delivery service for D2C brands in 10 cities, ensuring fast and reliable deliveries. Here is a brief about my previous experience: 1. Delhivery: As Director in the enterprise business team, I set up our first complete project for the FMCG and Industrial segments, bringing in over INR 15 Cr annually. I improved how we manage inventory, cutting storage days by five times, and made picking items almost error-free. I also created dashboards for real-time data and improved productivity by over 30%. 2. Cars24: As GM Special projects, I led the Online Channel Partner onboarding program across India. I developed a new store format and opened nine stores in four cities in six weeks. 3. Mahindra Logistics: I led projects to digitize operations and save costs, saving over Rs 1.5 Cr in the first year. I created tech solutions securing deals worth Rs 50 Cr per year and launched a new bus service, MetroZip Green. 4. Mahindra First Choice Services: I managed a project to improve auto spare parts distribution, using a Hub & Spoke model in six clusters, won the Mahindra Innovation Award for optimising inventory and availability. Led P&L for stores in west region. Solving complex supply chain challenges excites me. I hold a Post Graduate Diploma in management from IIM Ahmedabad and B.E. in Electronics and Telecommunication from Government Engineering College, Aurangabad.
