I’ve spent over a decade shaping user experiences that scale, from marketplace platforms serving millions to enterprise systems that power global organizations. My work sits at the intersection of design systems, product design, and UX strategy, with a focus on making complex ecosystems clear, consistent, and usable. I am currently a VP, Design Systems at Goldman Sachs, where I own and lead the One GS Design System across Global Marketing. In this role, I am responsible for the strategy, governance, and evolution of a unified system that supports multiple products, teams, and channels, enabling speed, quality, and consistency at scale. I partner closely with design, engineering, and product leadership to ensure the system is both rigorous and adaptable. Previously, I was a Principal UX Designer at Walmart Marketplace, where I helped redefine the experience for one of the world’s largest third-party seller platforms. I led large scale design system initiatives, streamlined critical seller workflows, and collaborated across disciplines to improve usability and adoption across the platform.
