About

I help adults rediscover who they were before the world made them boring! Somewhere along the way, we learned to flatten ourselves into beige normalcy. To fit in. To be boring and normal like everybody else. The result? Every product looks the same. Every brand looks the same. Every person dresses in whatever the stores convinced us to buy. And because everyone was told pick a career path at 17 and stick with it forever, when it stopped feeling right, we put our heads down, grit our teeth, and pressed onward. And now a lot of us are burnt out, stuck, or have no idea what we actually want anymore. Well I'm here to save the world, one boring adult at a time! I'm a keynote speaker! My talk, "The Grown Up's Guide to Growing Down," is about unlearning the societal rules that made us all beige. It's part stand-up comedy, part real methodology, with full permission to be weirdly yourself, finally. I speak at conferences, big boring corporations, and anywhere people need a joyful rebellion against the invisible rulebook so we can innovate more freely. I run Full Time You! It's a 12-week career clarity program that helps you understand who you actually are (not who you think you "should" be), what value you uniquely offer, what you need to thrive, and how to build a career around it. You'll walk away with an actual plan to make it happen! I host workshops called The Speed of Fun! These are hands-on, high-energy innovation and ideation experience where teams silence their inner critic, get weird with craft supplies, and practice generating ideas faster than fear can interfere! I'm also a designer! I've designed brands, products, and experiences for Dropbox, Mailchimp, Slack, Google, Pinterest, and over 200 other brands who wanted to feel more human and less boring. Everything I do comes back to the same mission: helping people reconnect with who they were before the world made them boring so they can feel more humanity, love, curiosity, joy, and play!
