I like building - an idea, a team, a business, a dream! Over the years, I have very successfully built businesses from zero to scale in Financial services, I have also come to the conclusion that my superpower is to identify macro opportunities, break complex problems into actionable pieces of the puzzle and build stellar teams and keep them motivated. As a Founder/CEO, my role is to provide direction, keep my eyes on topline and bottomline, and nurture the best people to do the magic. I am a people person - I know its vague - but for me, it means that I draw my energy from people around me. I work very hard to make them successful. I do not hide behind excuses for issues that matter to my teams, and I believe that being honest goes a long way than sugar coating. I respect my CXOs and interns equally. And as a corollary, I have zero tolerance for bullies, frauds, and anyone who exploits the system or is unethical. And I love traveling - with my life companion Sneha.
