I am a Legal Graduate in Business Law from London Guildhall, bringing over 22+ years of executive search experience within the technology sector. My career has focused on recruiting senior Product and Engineering leaders (C/SVP/VP level) for Private Equity backed ventures and publicly listed tech firms. I have a global perspective in talent acquisition, spanning all functions from Director+ up to C Suite and have successfully placed candidates in companies of various stages, from seed/Series A through the alphabetical growth stages to late stage private and public ventures. My core strength is placing technology leaders for large cap B2B Enterprise SaaS vendors globally. I am a Partner with Kingsley Gate, focused on Global Large-Cap Private Equity & Public Markets. At Kingsley Gate, I lead executive searches for the most strategically critical technology leadership roles, the urgent, complex mandates where deep specialization makes the difference. I am the person you deploy when you have business critical executive search work for PE backed software assets.
