As a respected senior executive, I have 30 years of digital transformation experience scaling new technology services and leading international delivery and sales teams. With a robust background in leading enterprise teams, I have successfully driven innovation and growth in both start-up ventures and established businesses at scale. Before joining HCLTech, I was a Deloitte Partner in the Technology Strategy and Transformation consulting business. Prior to this, I held various executive roles at DXC Technology with responsibilities across the ANZ market, as well as Asia and Global business unit leadership. My experience spans several disciplines, including product development, business development, marketing, M&A, strategy and client services delivery. My career began in financial services, with roles at Commonwealth Bank, HSBC, and Westpac across retail and institutional banking, with a common element of harnessing new technologies to drive digital engagement and eCommerce growth. I have always been passionate about amazing experiences driven by digital - and so I work to bring together creative people, technical people, data and technology. I credit the success that underpins the significant growth and operational performance achieved in the businesses I lead, to my ability to influence and successfully work with a broad range of stakeholders to build rapport, collaborate, roll up my sleeves and deliver on my promises.
