Screening resumes and scheduling interviews. • Managing and conducting interviews with shortlisted candidates. • Understand the Project Requirements. • Interacting with the POC for better understanding of requirements. • Sourcing the Candidates through Job Portal like Naukri, Monster & LinkedIn also through Reference. • Screening the Candidate based upon the educational qualification, technical skills, Communication skill and experience. • Communicating with candidates to find out their suitability as per requirement and also to know their interest.
