Although, technology is not just the answer. My deliverables consider the business impact, process change, risk awareness, compliance and governance - a holistic approach - to a proposed outcome. I gather these experiences and present them to customers adapting my message to an audience accordingly, whether technical or not. I enjoy disseminating my learning and experiences via internal education programmes to newly hired individuals, at internal company events and external conferences.
