•  Customer Journey Analytics - Designed customer journey funnel by weaving together customer touchpoints across multiple channels (Web, Telesales, Retail, Care) over time (lead generation to conversion) and developed automated dashboards for tracking the performance of campaigns. Process involved KPIs/metrics definition for performance monitoring, development of data architecture in SQL, frontend visualization design and development in Tableau
•  Telesales Executive Dashboard - Created an automated mobile compatible Tableau dashboard for monitoring the performance of partners across sites and skills by comparing the actuals of orders, accessories, lines and activations with goals. This dashboard facilitated Telesales Site Mangers with monitoring the performance and devising the sales strategy to achieve their monthly goals
•  Device Launch Report - Launched the device launch report on Tableau platform showing a performance of sales of a newly launched devices from different sales channel which gets refresh automatically at an hourly level
