Hi, I’m Andrew and I’m currently Executive Vice President of Marketing at Morgan & Morgan, based in New York. Every day, I get to help shape one of the most recognizable consumer legal brands in the world. My focus is on building modern, high-impact marketing that drives growth, strengthens trust, establishes the legacy of a household name brand, and meets people where they are when it matters most. Immediately prior, I was the Senior Product Marketing Lead for Gemini, Google's consumer AI platform. A founding marketer on this team. Throughout my 10+ year marketing career, I’ve developed experience across local and global marketing disciplines (AI, CPG, Brand, Digital, Product, B2B and Consumer Growth). I consider myself an ambitious, commercially minded leader with a strong bias for action, and a drive to continuously learn, evolve, and scale high-performing teams. I love what I do, and my work passions are: o Brand building at scale o Everything AI-powered o New Product & Feature Launch Strategy o Leveraging technology and data to drive marketing effectiveness There are a few accomplishments of mine that I am particularly proud of, these include: ✓ Named Forbes 30 under 30 for Marketing & Advertising in 2023, the first Australian on this list ✓ Awarded "Campaigner of the Year" by One Young World, the first marketer to receive this accolade ✓ Graduating 1st in UNSW from my Bachelor's Degree, out of 400+ students. ✓ Receiving a "Tech Impact Award" at Google for my outstanding contributions to Commerce, a recognition previously reserved for engineers and product managers. Career aside, my preferred time sinks include traveling overseas, discovering new places to eat, and binge-watching my favourite creators on YouTube. The latter is no longer a job requirement, but old habits die hard.
