About

Samyak Chakrabarty is a visionary entrepreneur building virtual simulations where humans enhance their cognitive abilities to thrive alongside Generative AI in the future of work. He is Recognized by Forbes as one of Asia’s most influential young entrepreneurs. Over the past 18 years, his work has transformed careers of over 100,000 youth across India. As the Founder of Workverse, he is leading a mission to empower 1 million graduates to build purposeful, future-ready careers by mastering the soft skills and mental models that machines can’t replicate. His track record of building movements at scale began early. At 16, he launched India’s first Model UN platform for tier 2 and 3 cities. Soon after, he was appointed by the United Nations to lead the Young Changemakers Conclave, which grew under his leadership into a nationwide series with 50,000+ attendees and 100+ global speakers, including Nobel laureates and heads of state. By 21, he was appointed Chief Youth Marketer at DDB Mudra Group, where he built India’s most awarded youth marketing and insights agency. He has since launched several impact platforms — including The Green Batti Project (India’s largest one-on-one mentoring program) and Operation Black Dot (a pioneering civic participation movement for college students). Samyak’s work is driven by a single belief: the future must be built by humans who can adapt, empathize, and lead in a world transformed by AI. His contributions have been recognized by The Times of India (Lead India Award), Campaign Asia (Young Achiever of the Year), and Bombay Ad Club (Young Emvie of the Year). In his spare time, Samyak is also the force behind Adopt One — a bold social re-engineering movement that aims to normalize adoption as a mainstream family planning choice for GenZ and millennial parents.
