In 2015, I assumed the role of Training Lead, transforming the training process from a theory-based approach to a practical, audio-visual DOJO program.
I restructured the training calendar from a 3+3 format to a 2+3+2 structure, which led to a significant reduction in early attrition from 18.5% to just 7% within four months.
I successfully decreased associate defects at the customer level, from 9 in 2014 to only 3 in 2016.
I implemented the DOJO program horizontally across all four plants and later expanded it to the entire group of approximately 61 plants.
I led productivity improvement projects, resulting in a saving of 29 Associate Attendance (AA) (2014-7, 2015-9, 2016-13).
I won the national-level competition for quality circles organised by CII.
I took charge of revamping the inventory process in collaboration with PPC.
