I'm a People Consulting Manager at EY with ~6 years of experience leading large-scale HR transformation, change management, and GCC setup programmes across EMEIA, APAC, and the Americas. I work at the intersection of strategy and delivery — building things that actually stick. My work spans digital transformation, organisational design, workforce planning, total rewards, DEI strategy, and learning & capability design. I've led global change networks, achieved quick system adoption on major rollouts, and managed multiple GCC builds end-to-end — from location assessments, rewards and hiring to org design and onboarding infrastructure.
