I am a development practitioner passionate about building inclusive, scalable, and sustainable solutions for rural communities. My work lies at the intersection of gender, livelihoods, and social innovation—where strategy meets grassroots action. Currently, I work as an Associate Practitioner at Transform Rural India (TRI), where we serve as the development design and technical team for Uttar Pradesh State Rural Livelihood Mission (UP SRLM). In this role, I contribute to program strategy, institutional capacity building, and on-ground innovation for community empowerment at scale. My journey has spanned impactful roles across diverse geographies—Young Professional with Rajeevika (RGAVP), Project Manager at RuKart, and Senior Project Officer at BAIF—where I led initiatives in value chain development, gender integration, enterprise promotion, and stakeholder engagement. While pursuing my postgraduate degree in Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship from TISS, I founded Kalaa Bihar, a pilot social enterprise aimed at reviving Bihar’s indigenous art forms by connecting artisans with modern markets. This initiative sharpened my understanding of cultural entrepreneurship and reinforced my commitment to community-led development. I bring to the table strong project management skills, data-driven thinking, and field-tested empathy. Fluent in Hindi, English, and Bajjika, I thrive in cross-functional teams and deeply value collaboration, local context, and systems thinking. I am driven by the belief that rural India holds not only challenges—but immense potential—and I remain committed to co-creating pathways that unlock dignity, equity, and opportunity for all.
