About

I’ve spent 13 years at the frontier of XR and AI doing one thing really well: taking platforms developers don’t know yet and turning them into ecosystems they can’t stop building on. At Meta, I was the public face of the VR and UGC gaming ecosystem. 7M+ organic impressions. Spoke at Gamescom, Unity Unite, AWE, and Meta Connect. Helped drive the creator and community strategy behind Animal Company, which became the #1 best-selling game on the Horizon Store in 2025 with 1M+ monthly active players and 500M+ organic views. Zero paid marketing spend. At Spatial, I scaled the developer ecosystem from zero to 12,000+ creators shipping 50,000+ experiences across Web, Mobile, and VR. Built the tooling, the community, and the GTM playbook from scratch. Earlier in my career I founded Dow Chemical’s first AR/VR team, drove $50M+ in enterprise revenue as a Principal AR Engineer at PTC, and co-founded two startups covered by WIRED and MIT Technology Review. Right now I’m focused on where AI meets spatial computing. Advising XR startups, mentoring at MIT Reality Hack, and contributing to a Taylor & Francis book on XR communities. I think the biggest unlock for the next generation of creator platforms isn’t a new headset. It’s intelligence. Open to Developer Relations, Community, Partnerships, and AI/XR Strategy roles. ______________________________________________________________________________________________ Conference Bio Jake Steinerman has spent 13 years building developer ecosystems at the frontier of XR and AI, with senior roles at Meta, Spatial.io, and PTC. • I founded MoBlue Tech in a mobile app development class in the Fall of 2010 at the University of Michigan. Our flagship product, "Spubble," was conceptualized, designed and built in a 48 hour hackathon competition. • As CEO, I manage 9 people on 5 different teams in the conceptualization, development and release of unique and innovative mobile apps for special education. These teams include: iPhone development, Android Development, Graphics & Design, Usability & User Testing, and Language & Word.
  • We collaborate with various professors and special education programs nationwide as we develop, build and refine our apps to ensure that they are intuitive, useful, and most important of all, fun!
  • "At MoBlue Tech, we look to harness the latest capabilities of mobile devices in apps for special education. We believe that every new technology, from augmented reality to Near Field Communication (NFC) can be implemented to better the lives of those with disabilities.
