I worked with two of India's leading law firms - Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas & Khaitan. From thereon, began my love for small women-led biz in the F&B sector. I started helping them out pro bono with innovative ways to increase sales. It was exhilarating to see the needle move tangibly and the joy on the faces of small biz owners! ๐๐จ๐ฆ๐๐ง ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ซ๐๐ฉ๐ซ๐๐ง๐๐ฎ๐ซ๐ฌ๐ก๐ข๐ฉ Naturally, when a non-profit called Global Alliance for Mass Entrepreneurship (GAME) had an opening for working on women entrepreneurship - I had to take it! At GAME, my mandate was: ๐ซฑ๐ฟโ๐ซฒ๐ฝ Partnerships ๐ Programming ๐ Policy Here, I was able to bring macro-level changes working with several state governments such as: - Karnataka State Government - Delhi State Government - Maharashtra State Government ๐ ๐ซ๐๐๐ฅ๐๐ง๐๐ ๐๐๐ซ๐ค๐๐ญ๐๐ซ On introspection I realised, while it was exciting to work with the Gov at a macro-level, my joy lies in working with entrepreneurs 1:1.
