She holds Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication and Masters in Global management. Before entering into the financial services sector, she has associated with leading IT & telecom companies in U.S.A for about ten years. She has taken over the Vehicle finance business in IKF finance 15 years ago and specially focusses on Credit, systems & information technology. She is instrumental in expansion of vehicle finance business in to central and western India apart from driving the automation and upgradation of process & systems in business.
• Under her impeccable leadership and the relentless devotion and involvement in the business, the book has grown up to the tune of 2000 Crore AUM and presence across Eight major states comprising of 102 branches. She has built the strong professional team of 1000 employees over the period of time that really helped the company in scaling up of business and excellency in customer service.
