  • If the candidates are selected by the client, then motivate candidates for the earliest joining and taking care of entire joining formalities from both candidate and client side.
  • Co-ordinate with Sales team and see that all closed positions are joined successfully.
  • Should follow up the candidate, before and after joining, for smooth functioning at client location and for future prospects.
  • Maintaining timely documentation of all conversations with candidates and manage the candidate pipeline.
  • Develop & manage strong consultative relationships with hiring managers &candidates, to generate leads.
  • Provide reporting and regular status updates to the Delivery Manager.
  • Manage the recruiting process to meet hiring goals through the use of effective resource management.
