I’m a product person who likes turning vague problems into things people can actually use. Right now, I work at Sprinklr, building features that help brands manage and respond to large volumes of customer conversations across social platforms. Earlier in my career, I worked on learning products where user behaviour, motivation, and outcomes really mattered. I enjoy the messy middle of product work. Noticing patterns in how people actually use a system, asking why something feels off, and slowly shaping clarity with engineers, designers, and business teams. I care about products that feel simple to use, even if they take a lot of thinking to get there.
