I spent 57 days building an agency and told nobody. Not because nothing was happening. Because I was terrified of being wrong in front of people. I'm a peak introvert. The kind who rehearses a sentence three times before saying it out loud. Judgment doesn't just sting, it paralyses me. So I worked in silence. Waited to be perfect. Kept thinking "I'll share once I have something to show." That was the biggest mistake I made. Here's what those 57 days actually looked like: I started cold calling aesthetic clinics on January 20th. Daily target: 50 calls. I had a 15-second pitch I'd rehearsed until it stopped feeling like words. I thought I was being professional. The reality was humbling. Half the numbers didn't pick up. Those who did were receptionists, they couldn't say yes to anything. They'd say "I'll forward your details." Almost none did. And the handful who did forward them? I followed up exactly once. Once. Then convinced myself that more would be "bothering" them. It wasn't respect. It was fear wearing a polite mask. Then January 27th changed something. I posted on LinkedIn, not expecting anything, and the 3rd post hit 55,000 impressions. I stopped calling. Started waiting for DMs. The DMs came. None converted. Most were other agency owners selling to me. I stayed on every call, listened to everything, and honestly? Learned more from those people than from any course. I pivoted. Clinics to luxury interior design studios. Found the right problem. Found the right people. I built two proposals. Proper ones, personalised, hours of research, specific to each studio. Sent them. Got "this looks great, I'll review it." They went quiet. Both of them. I sent one follow-up each. Then stopped. Didn't want to "bother" anyone. I'm starting to notice a pattern. That's where I am right now. ₹0 revenue. 0 paying clients. A business I believe in and proof I haven't built yet. But here's what I know for sure now: Real feedback makes you stronger. Being questioned teaches you something. Even rejection has data in it. I'm done waiting to be perfect. I post 5 times a week, Monday to Friday. Real numbers, real losses, real wins, real confusion. All of it. Follow if you want to watch this live. - Kashvi, 19 Founder @Rise & Shine
