I am a Managing Director and Partner at BCG, where I lead the Marketing, Sales, and Pricing (MSP) practice in India. I am also part of the Global Leadership Team for MSP and lead the People agenda for APAC for the practice, with a focus on building exceptional teams and developing the next generation of leaders. My work focuses on helping CEOs and leadership teams unlock growth and drive meaningful commercial transformation. BCG’s MSP practice brings together capabilities across marketing, sales, pricing, innovation, customer experience and commercial excellence, enabling organizations to become truly customer-centric and translate strategy into sustained impact. I have worked extensively across sectors including FMCG, fashion, retail, consumer durables, appliances, electricals, building materials, automotive, and healthcare, helping organizations navigate inflection points, modernize their commercial engines, and build enduring advantage. I am particularly passionate about how growth is being reshaped by data, technology, and AI. The future belongs to organizations that combine human judgment with the precision, speed, and learning capabilities of technology, pairing creativity with experimentation, measurement, and continuous adaptation. My own journey at BCG has reinforced that meaningful progress is rarely linear. It is a marathon, not a sprint, shaped by curiosity, reinvention, resilience, and the discipline to keep pushing forward. Outside of work, I care deeply about fitness and personal well-being. My quest towards fitness serves as a constant reminder that real progress is built over time, through consistency and long-term investment in physical and mental resilience. Early mornings, movement, and protected time to reset have become essential anchors in my otherwise fast-paced world.
