Most people in this space talk about fundraising. I have spent years doing it, deal by deal, founder by founder. Before I ever sat across from an investor, I managed ₹25 crore+ projects at Vedanta Aluminium, built cross-border business across 15 countries at Pharmadeep, and led teams through high-stakes operational delivery. That background shapes how I think about startups — not just what they are worth on paper, but whether they can actually execute. Today, I work independently at the intersection of startups, VC funds, and family offices, helping each side find what they need. For founders: I help early-stage startups navigate the fundraising process, from structuring the right raise to getting the right investors in the room. This includes pitch deck evaluation, fundraising strategy, investor introductions, and guidance on term sheets and valuation. For financial modeling and detailed valuation work, I collaborate with specialist experts to ensure founders receive institutional-grade output. Companies I have helped raise capital for: Transteel ($500K), Deccan Transcon ($400K), Glamplus ($60K), Trendzlink ($40K), Caresathome ($30K), Wayzzag ($40k) For emerging fund managers: I assist GPs in raising their funds by connecting them with relevant LPs, family offices, HNIs, and fund of funds. I am currently supporting Quartus Capital Partners, a New York-based AI and technology fund, as a Venture Partner in raising their second fund. As an angel investor: Together with a group of co-investors, I write cheques of INR 50 lakh to 1 crore ($60K to $125K) into early-stage startups, with a preference for AI and SaaS. My portfolio includes FidyPay (fintech payments) and HooLiv (co-living for students). I also work with fellow angel investors who want a second opinion on a deal or need help structuring their evaluation process.
