  • At Airtel, I work in the tension between culture and consequence. One post speaks to 36 crore Indians. Creativity lives under scrutiny. Every move towards being fun, opinionated, or culturally relevant is also a conscious trade-off.
  • My role is to keep Airtel social-first and human, without forgetting that this is a brand people rely on.
  • I work as an individual contributor and horizontal resource, partnering across categories including Mobility, Broadband & Wi-Fi, Airtel Finance, Airtel Black, and Airtel Safe Network. My focus is ensuring the mother brand stays culturally coherent while each line of business shows up natively on social.
  • I own large-scale social and influencer spends, deliver on engagement and growth in a low-attribution environment, and build long-term creator partnerships with some of the strongest talent in the country.
  • Crisis is a core part of my role. Social is often the first place issues surface, and I work closely with CXO leadership to manage perception, shape narratives, and respond with clarity and intent. Over time, I’ve helped build crisis frameworks, influencer playbooks, and clear POVs on what brands should and shouldn’t do on social.
  • I work with four specialist teams, roughly 40 people in total, across strategy, content, creators, and community.
