I’ve spent nearly three decades inside the machinery of money- first as a bank and central-bank technologist, then as a two-time entrepreneur obsessed with redesigning how value flows. From 1996 onward, my work took me across 50+ countries, giving me a ringside view of how the fiat system really works- a structure brilliant in design yet fragile, extractive, and increasingly disconnected from the communities it is meant to serve. Crypto caught my attention next. Its promise of decentralization was compelling, but digging deeper revealed something else: a heat sink engineered by the same monetary superstructure it claimed to disrupt. Since 2020, my focus has shifted to building commerce-integrated, digitally governed, shared-value economies. These systems use a nested network design - no centers, no gatekeepers, no owners of the money supply. Just communities building their own regenerative economic engines. My mission: create money that serves people and the planet, not the other way around. Also: Madhavi’s husband (since 2004) and Mahikaa’s dad (since 2010) - my real anchors through all this exploration.

In 2016, I framed a coming societal shift - from hierarchical Pyramids to fluid Circles - driven by simultaneous revolutions in Technology, Work, and Money. What began as an investment thesis soon evolved into a hands-on effort to build digitally governed, shared-value enterprises.

eSamudaay and Changepay operate as Level 0 nested networks rooted in geography. Tenacious Bee, Chhota Baccha, and Malpe Meen are examples of Level 1 nested networks organized around production. TYF (TyohaarForever) is a concept being attempted at Level 2 expressing culture.
