About

I have spent the past two decades helping shape Microsoft’s design transformation, from building new consumer products from scratch to reimagining the tools that millions use every day. Today, I lead design and research for Microsoft 365, where our mission is to redefine how people create, communicate, and collaborate in the age of AI. My teams brought Microsoft Copilot to life, not as a feature but as a new interface for human intent. I am a designer at heart and a maker by nature. I still love sketching, prototyping, and diving deep into the craft, but what drives me most is seeing design unlock clarity, empowerment, and joy at scale. My work and ideas have been featured in Fast Company, The Wall Street Journal, and The Verge, where I share thoughts on AI design, leadership, and the evolving future of work. Beyond Microsoft, I am the co-founder of DappleDoc, a startup using design and AI to make dermatology faster and more accessible. It reminds me that the power of design extends far beyond screens. Most importantly, I am a husband, dad of three, and lifelong believer that the best design starts with empathy for the people you love and the world you want to make better.
