Hello, my name is Kelly, and I work at the intersection of brands and people. Today, I serve as VP of Brand at Function Health. Our mission is simple yet ambitious: empower everyone to live 100 healthy years. To that end, I became a certified executive coach through Brown University and the International Coaching Federation in 2024. Prior to Function and executive coaching, I built iconic global brands at top creative agencies. I spent a decade in agency leadership as CEO of BBDO San Francisco and President of 215 McCann. Before that, I cut my teeth in client service/account management at Goodby, Silverstein & Partners and Crispin Porter + Bogusky. I’m fluent in category leaders and challengers alike, Millennial moms and Gen Z gamers, and awards shaped like lions and pencils.   • During my three years as CEO, I oversaw agency talent, product, operations, and finances in collaboration with the BBDO global network and Omnicom public holding company. I partnered with clients to optimize relationships, foundational strategy, award-winning creative, and revenue across Meta's WhatsApp and Reality Labs, Wells Fargo, ServiceNow, and the Hormel/Herdez joint partnership Megamex behind the Herdez, La Victoria, ChiChi's, and Wholly Guacamole brands. To that end, I exceeded the agency's annual revenue target by 25% within my first 8 months . I went on to reposition the agency as an innovative learning lab “Made for Change” and prospected/pitched new business from consumer retail and technology to QSR and CPG industries, but I'm especially proud that WhatsApp client satisfaction scores led holding company Meta to award BBDO SF their Reality Labs' Quest and Portal global brand business without review. I also led the agency back into the office post-pandemic and built a hybrid culture balancing the benefits of work-from-home and work-from-office. Last but not least, I contributed to BBDO North America being named Campaign Magazine’s Most Innovative Agency and Breakthrough Agency in 2023.
