About

I serve as a coach and advisor to Founder/CEOs, executives and leadership teams navigating the key transitions required individually and collectively to drive growth, under pressure, and over time. When doing more stops being the answer; when the shift from operator to enabler becomes the move that matters the most; and when a transition is needed or in play without a clear map or a candid voice in their corner-that’s where I come in. Engagements include one-on-one coaching with CEOs and key leaders who know they need to evolve, shift, and adapt. Helping executive teams turn genuine roadblocks into breakthroughs. Designing and facilitating peer learning cohorts of CEOs and CxOs who learn from each other by co-solving their most pressing challenges. Board-level advising on sustained leadership performance. Operating partner value-creation with portfolio companies scaling through complexity and the pressure to perform. And showing up as a provocateur when leaders need someone willing to say what everyone else is thinking. The through-line across all of it: deep listening, productive candor, and the pattern recognition that comes from four decades inside radically different organizations at every stage of building, scaling, and reinvention. This isn't a normal leadership moment. With AI reshaping organizations in real time, boards and investors are watching closely, while old playbooks are thin. As the late futurist, Joel Barker said, "When a paradigm shifts, everyone goes back to zero. Your past success guarantees nothing in your future." Consider these questions: Is the pace of your organization a strategic choice or has it just become the culture? Do your best people run faster because of you or despite you? When did someone last tell you something you didn't want to hear and were they right? The leader who got you here is that still the leader this moment requires? If any of this landed, let's talk. A call, meal, coffee, a walk, the golf course... wherever works for you.
