About

I now ship alone with AI what used to take a 5-10 person dev team and 6 months. I build and ship entire products as the sole technical lead: => Architecture => Frontend => Backend => Infrastructure + Deployment One person, end to end. A year ago, I would have needed a team for this. I know because I've managed those teams. Today I coordinate an army of AI agents that work in parallel across every layer of the stack. 100 AI developers working in tandem. Here's what I'm offering to the right partners: I take full ownership of your technical build. From 0 to something people pay for. => I write the code. => I design the system. => I deploy it. => I maintain it. I work on retainer + equity. If your product doesn't work, I don't win either. We ship in weeks what used to cost $500k+ and 6 months. AI handles the stuff that used to eat 80% of development time. I focus on what actually moves the needle: - Architecture - Problem/Solution - Product / UX Who this is for: => Founders with sales hustle and a vision. => Lifestyle / old school businesses adding tech leverage. => Solo founders and hackers looking for a partner in crime. Who this isn't for: => No skin in the game. => No clear customer. => Shopping for the cheapest dev shop. How I work: => Clear communication, => Real listening => No ego. Always looking for co-conspirators with shared passions. Let's talk.

Kindero

Founder

Sep 2018Feb 2019 · 5 mos · Remote

  • Kindero was a mission-driven startup, which aimed to help parents to become better parents. The concept was to distill the learning from top parenting books into bitesized pieces, which would be consumed in an audio/mini-course format.
  • Over the course of the first couple of months, I read a total of 13 parenting books, and began working on a simple proof of concept in React Native. I eventually started an email newsletter, trying to get something in front of users, and find out more about the problem at hand.

Pigeon

Co-Founder

Jun 2018Aug 2018 · 2 mos · Remote

  • I developed an MVP for a SaaS startup in the sales space. The concept was to make it easier to get a response from an email sent to a client. Pigeon would allow you to send an email containing buttons, which would register a response, which would lower the amount of friction required to respond to an email.
  • I built a rough MVP using the MERN stack in the space of 2 weeks, and over the next month, I struggled through the Microsoft Outlook documentation to build a working prototype as an Outlook extension.

Opinary

Product Management Freelancer

Apr 2018Jun 2018 · 2 mos

  • Opinary are working to make it easier for online publishers to orient and empower their readers, by using a set of powerful embedded tools, which allow users to share their opinion on the latest issues. Opinary then works with leading brands to drive targeted advertisements to consumers, as well as helping publishers to further engage their readers.
  • My work with Opinary involved spearheading the development process of a new conversion feature, aimed at making use of Opinary's data to improve the rate of email signups that were generated by their campaigns. I owned the entire product creation process; from managing design sprints, to developing prototypes in HTML, to testing assumptions with real users.
  • The process involved creating a number of quick prototypes, which were tested against each other. I developed a chatbot, which could be used to extract first party data and extend the customer conversion, and I created a quiz which challenged users' perceptions of opinions on related issues. The results from my work will be fed back into Opinary's product development cycle, and will be tested thoroughly once a dedicated A/B testing framework has been set up.
