Thanks for taking time to know more about me. I'd like to believe I’m a storyteller who writes research driven content, often on controversial topics on which we need more discussions. I was lucky to study at India's best HR Course at Tata Institute Of Social Sciences, Mumbai. I'm currently working with Accenture Strategy. I specialise in working with SaaS focussed and other leading Technology companies. I specialise in end to end Employee experience driven approach to HR Strategy and Transformation. I have lead complex Organisation Design assignments. I have developed an expertise in HR Technology and help clients with needs like implementing HCM like SuccessFactors and Oracle, ATS, experience layers etc. Previously, I grew fast to become the HR Head of a 800+ employee company - Tenshi pharma with my team spread over 3 Continents across group companies - Tenshi Kaizen, Naari Pharma and SteriScience. Honestly, I grew too fast. I had the time of my life during an expatriation assignment in South Africa where I established and lead COEs of Performance and Rewards, HR Systems & Analytics and Organization Development for Cipla Africa Region. My penchant for HR Tech started with end to end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors for Cipla Africa and provided guidance to other geographies. I was invited as a key note speaker to Africa's biggest Tech conference.
