I am an HR professional with a knack of recruiting the best talent and challenging the status-quo of the best hiring practices. I have worked across a few industries such as the engineering, construction, mining and financial which were completely new to me but I have thoroughly enjoyed learning about the industries and applying the best recruiting practices in each of them. At S&P Global, I was a part the of global talent acquisition team, working in the Gurgaon office in India. I supported all businesses and divisions in identifying and sourcing the executive talent across regions, along with managing the entire recruitment cycle for India. During these last 10+ years I have also had the opportunity to work across varied projects which involved transitioning the full recruitment cycle from Australia to India; to campus recruiting from the Tier 1 institutes; training the Hiring Leaders on the best interviewing skills.
