• Led various version 1 products as an Engineering Manager and Product Management Lead - Visual Studio/.NET, Office 365 and Azure.

• Led various parts of building the Microsoft PaaS/SaaS platform. Built the signup experience of Office 365 and Azure services. This is user’s first interaction with Microsoft cloud services and the bootstrap of customer entity. Built the Microsoft cloud partner program enabling resale of Microsoft cloud services. Drove the envisioning, design and development for the tool to integrate customer’s corporate identity with Microsoft cloud identity system to reduce the friction of moving to the cloud.
• Managed a team of Product Managers in the Windows Azure Active Directory team. Azure Active Directory is the identity platform for Microsoft’s new cloud Operating System called Microsoft Azure. This platform supports millions of users and billions of logins every day.

• Helped build the first version of Office 365. Was responsible for designing and implementing licensing, provisioning and partner strategy for the service. Played a key part in setting up product roadmap and staging plan.
