I help organisations move beyond transformation theatre and into change that actually shifts how people think, decide, and deliver. For over 20 years, I have partnered with senior leaders and teams across Telecom, Automotive, IT Services, Financial Services, and Energy. I am currently seconded to PDO from Shell, leading enterprise-level Agile and Continuous Improvement initiatives in the energy sector. My work sits where strategy meets behaviour. I work with leadership teams to close the gap between ambition and execution. I redesign ways of working so decision rights, incentives, and accountability support the outcomes we claim to value. I help teams deliver meaningful value in small increments instead of hiding behind activity and reports. I have built Agile practices from the ground up, coached transformation leads, facilitated executive forums, and designed capability programs at scale. The focus is simple. Sustainable change.
