• At Vedantu, I led transformative initiatives in content and delivery, with my biggest contribution being the creation of wavebooks—pre-drafted, annotated slides that teachers used to make lessons more structured, engaging, and efficient. Before wavebooks, teachers relied on blank slides, which made learning sessions lengthy and less interactive. This innovation significantly improved student engagement and streamlined lesson delivery.
• In addition to content strategy, I spearheaded teacher training programs to ensure quality and consistency in instruction, enhancing the overall in-class experience. I also orchestrated high-impact admission seminars, including international events in the UAE, reaching diverse audiences and boosting engagement. This period was instrumental in setting the stage for Vedantu’s scalable, impactful online education model.
